About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity in Goa, where you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, from venue selection to vendor management. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and develop customized wedding plans and themes that exceed their expectations.
As an Event Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution and coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
• Develop customized wedding plans and themes tailored to client needs.
• Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, décor, catering, and entertainment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Prepare and manage wedding budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth workflow throughout the planning process.
• Develop detailed timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Address issues and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the planning or event execution.
Requirements
• Proven experience in wedding or event planning (3-6 years).
Strong client relationship and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage budgets effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and manage multiple events simultaneously.
