Job Description
We’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Executive to lead the planning and execution of our flagship E-Mobility events across India.
What You'll Do:
Plan and manage logistics for E-Mobility events
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, vendors, and college partners
Handle event registrations and participant communication
Promote events via social media, emails, and college networks
Build relationships with institutions to drive student participation
Secure event sponsorships and maintain partner relationships
Oversee on-site operations for smooth execution
Gather post-event feedback and assist with reports
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–5 years in events, community outreach, or education marketing
• Experience in EV, automotive expos, or ed-tech preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and student engagement
