Jaipur Marathon is India's largest running event of India. There are several editions of the Jaipur Marathon and many activities around the year also take place.
About the Internship:
Exciting opportunity for an Event Management Intern at Jaipur Marathon! Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in organizing one of the most prestigious sporting events in the city. As an intern, you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of various pre-race events, including registration drives and promotional activities.
2. Contributing to the development of marketing materials, such as presentations and brochures, using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel.
3. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.
4. Managing participant registrations and inquiries, maintaining accurate databases, and providing exceptional customer service.
5. Supporting the logistics team in ensuring smooth event operations, including venue setup, signage placement, and participant safety.
6. Assisting in the coordination of volunteers, including recruitment, training, and assigning roles during the event.
7. Conducting post-event evaluations and preparing reports, analyzing feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement changes for future events.
