We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Management Intern to work in our national events team. If you have a proven track record in event management, possess exceptional strategic and logistical skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
ON THE JOB:
• As an Event Management Intern at Tads, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our national events from start to finish.
• Your role will encompass strategic planning, stakeholder management, logistics coordination, on-ground operations, and overall event management.
• Your ability to ensure the success of large-scale events will be crucial in delivering unforgettable experiences to our participants and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement event strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the national events portfolio.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners.
• Serve as a point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and financial control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead on-ground event operations, managing a team of event coordinators and staff.
• Ensure seamless execution of event schedules, activities, and services.
• Oversee event promotion, registration, ticketing, and attendee engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in event management, across School/ College level or even beyond with a track record of successfully executing events.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
WORK TYPE:
Hybrid. Preferably from Mumbai or Jaipur.
COMPENSATION:
• INR 7000-14,000 per month or more, depending on your skills and value.
