Job Description:
1. Event Planning & Strategy:
Develop and manage a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
2. End-to-End Event Management:
Oversee all stages of event planning, from initial concept development, vendor management, and budgeting, to logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
3. Event Formats:
Plan and execute a variety of events such as webinars, product demos, customer training, conferences, partner events, industry trade shows, and customer appreciation events (both in-person and virtual).
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure event content aligns with key business objectives and messaging.
5. Vendor & Partner Relations:
Identify and manage third-party vendors, speakers, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of all events. Negotiate contracts, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of services.
6. Event Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events across email, social media, websites, and paid channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
7. Budget Management:
Develop and manage event budgets, track spending, and ensure events are executed within budget constraints.
8. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and measure event performance, analyzing metrics such as attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Provide reports and insights to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
