Responsibilities:
Perform all Team Lead duties (supervising teams, training staff, executing event setups)
Oversee multiple crews across large event sites
Coordinate on-site logistics and delegate tasks effectively
Act as the primary point of contact for setup operations
Uphold safety protocols and ensure high standards of customer service
Requirements:
2+ years of experience supervising teams in event production or logistics
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage people, timelines, and client expectations under pressure
