ob Title: Venue Partnership Manager
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential venues and service providers.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotel sales or event coordination is highly desirable, as is knowledge of the local hospitality landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
• Regularly meet with hotel and venue partners to discuss business opportunities and collaborate on events.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and interactions.
Vendor Coordination:
• Research and identify new vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or event coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
