Events Associate Responsibilities
The Events Associate plays an important part in organizing pop-up and promotional sales events. This position is highly competitive, and by joining the events team, you will provide departmental administration, customer service and promotional support, and contribute to the planning and execution of the events.
• Assisting the events team with a high number of events.
• Working with the customers to find the best products to suit their needs.
• Assisting customers with purchasing and sales transactions.
• Achieving campaign sales targets.
• Assisting in the efficient setup and dismantling of events.
• Ensuring timely arrival of all branded items for events.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Events Assistant Required Skills
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working outside normal office hours.
• Professionalism when representing the business.
