Urgent Job Opening for Decor Sales Executive for Leading Event Management firm (Weddings)
Experience :- 5+ years into Decor Sales for Weddings firm
Be well versed with Spoken and written English Language ( English must be first language preferably) Confident, Creative, well spoken and has minimum 5-6 years experience in the events industry. Preferably well connected and up to date with the industry and how it functions. Has to be well dressed and presentable.
Should be able to :
1. Make decor based presentations and pitches for potential clients
2. Handle/ Head - mid/ large scale weddings
3. Be clients facing and close business with potential clients
4. Follow-up actively and proactively pitch for query/potential business.
5. Have a good understanding of tactfully dealing with people and clients
6. Coordinating with the operations team and creative team to execute the event as per clients expectations
7. Should have basic knowledge of production I.e materials, sizes
8. Should be able to work under pressure and stay composed
+. Manage the team and get work done in a timely manner
10. Should have skills to organically grow business with the same client
11. Should confidently be able to take on responsibilities and be answerable for his/ her work and actions
All work has to reflect due diligence, Ownership, fire and pride of working on that project.
Should preferably be a people's person.
