Events Manager (12-Month FTC)
We're working with a prestigious international law firm on an exclusive opportunity for an Events Manager, to come in and join this exciting team, on a 12-month contract basis. The firm itself stand out with their renowned, established, and supportive team, who will put you in a brilliant position to further establish yourself in your career.

For the right candidate (a very strong and well experienced manager), there is potential for this opportunity to be a 4 day a week role
The Role
In this role (starting in November), you'll be working within this dynamic, standout Events team, on a lively and busy desk. The team themselves deal with over 200 events per year, ranging from breakfast meetings to large scale conferences. Within this centralised events team, you'll be working on firm wide events.
You'll Need To Carry Out Work Pertaining To
• Logistics
• Sourcing venues
• Event Promotion
• Close work with sectors and practices on the operational side
• Responsibility for event calendar
• Being on-site when needed
• Stakeholder management
• Running end-to-end processes smoothly
• Utilising knowledge of top-end London venues
• Dealing with suppliers and PSL's
There is scope to work more creatively for events than other similar firms, and you'll also be running high end/exciting VIP options too. Aside from this, you will need to be more advisory, and will help to run more bespoke events. Throughout the role, stakeholder management will be important and you'll be getting plenty of direct partner contact.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Proven experience running successful events
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience in a similar role within a law firm/professional services firm /Financial services firm
• Strong knowledge of venues
