This is an exciting opportunity to join the Borough of Broxbourne’s Town Centres team. If you are a well organised individual with excellent communication skills and have the aptitude to plan and co-ordinate a wide range of town centre events and activities, then this could be the role for you.
Applicants will work closely with a wide range of departments within the Council and with external organisations to ensure the smooth running and safety of events. You will be liaising with traders, promoters, performers and completing the associated administrative work.
You should Ideally, have experience in a similar role, but it is not essential. Essential skills include excellent IT and written communication, exceptional customer care skills the ability to multi-task.
Working hours will be flexible and will vary according to the needs of the post and will include some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday event work. A full driving licence is essential. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
