10+ Years of experiences as Oracle Database Administrator
Experience in configuring and managing Oracle RAC, Cluster ware, Grid infrastructure, Oracle ASM, OEM
Excellent understanding, installing, administering, and working knowledge of Oracle 12c, 1+c, 21c databases ·
Strong experience in Oracle Core Database administration and monitoring
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Hands-on with Oracle Database migration/upgrade using different methodologies Data Pump & RMAN Transportable Tablespaces
Experience with RMAN database backup and recovery using ZFS and Data Domain.
Hands-on with CDB & PDB architecture, design and implementation
Experience with Data Guard setup and management
Experience in defining security standards and supporting security audits.
Develop and maintain system documentation related to your Oracle RAC and software configuration.
Experience working with the development team during design sessions to provide performance and scaling inputs.
Experience with troubleshooting problems relating to the Oracle database that may originate or exist.
Create/manage Oracle SR and support team in issue resolution·
Apply process and architectural improvements to continually improve the availability, capacity, and performance of database systems ·
Communicate appropriately and efficiently with management, customers, and vendors.
On-call rotation is required to support a 24/7 environment and is also expected to be able to work outside business hours to support a global delivery.
Requirements
On the HCM side, this is what we're looking for strong PeopleSoft developers. What we're looking for is pretty standard for experienced PS Developers but here's a breakdown for what they'll need in order of priority to be successful. Some Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM (the more the better) PeopleCode Must be familiar working with Peoplecode in App Packages b/c we have a lot Application Engine Component Interfaces PeopleSoft Front-End Development / FLUID PeopleSoft AWE Integration Broker SQR
