Job Description
Reporting to the Team Lead - Load and Haul, the successful applicants will be required to:
Operate predominately CAT 6020 and EX 3600 Excavators in a production mining environment
Operate equipment safely in line with ConsMin policies and procedures as well as advocating safe working practices in your crew
Loading Dump Trucks, maintain benches, run pit, keep a clean level floor and direct trucks
Show high levels of teamwork by liaising with other mining personnel to ensure ConsMin achieve production targets
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current HR drivers’ license
Minimum of 3 years Production Digging
Clear National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months)
Strong focus on safety and commitment to following company policy and procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Willingness to train, improve and add knowledge to the team
