Roles and Responsibilities
Creation of Vendor in the system along with all the supporting
Prepare contract summary of major contractors in excel
Processing of vendor invoices for posting with all supporting and tracking of RA bills
Preparing Vendor Ageing for analyzing Advances & Creditors etc., also to follow up with
respective departments for the settlement.
Verifying supporting of Vendor invoice w.r.t. statutory compliance.
Details Checking & Posting of all types of invoices at entity & site level in SAP & in Tally.
Preparing of Provision on monthly basis & upload in the SAP / Tally.
Reconciliation of provision amount with actual expenses to book excess/short provision.
Follow up with respective departments to clear the open GIIR report on weekly basis.
Follow up with respective department to clear the open Advance given to vendors.
Checking of down payment request of Advance.
Follow up with respective departments to give reasons for open PO / WO and closing down
the same where not required or duplicate PO /WO.
Verifying of Purchase Orders/ Work Orders, petty cash vouchers
Doing reversal of errors documents, voiding, creation of new cheque books & RTGS series in
SAP, Creation of new vendors & brokers in SAP , Internal co-ordination & solving any
quarries/problems which are faced by team members
Preparing Provisional MIS.
Sending, follow ups & maintaining records of vendor balance confirmation statements
Indirect Tax compliance and GST input credit
TDS compliance
Vendor Reconciliation
Preparing documents for outward foreign remittances
Preparing cheques / RTGS / NEFT towards vendor payments
Creating Fixed Asset register
Raising Invoices towards consultancy on vendors as per terms of the agreement
Good knowledge of excel and Tally
Preferred knowledge of SAP
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of working with voluminous data and on ground experience of finance and accounting
Knowledge of Taxation and statutory levies with specific accounting calculations.
Candidate should be very well versed with MS Excel with good knowledge and experience in
using formulas, pivot tables and other excel features. Candidate should be proficient in
using other MS office software such as word, power point and outlook.
Should be a self-starter, have passion to get things done, and strong articulation and
reasoning skills with clarity of thought.
Should demonstrate timeliness, responsiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
