Scrutinize daily cash closing sheets from each store and verify and cross check all floats, cash, cheques, and credit cards payments.
Check if cash is deposited to bank by each branch.
Checking all expenses vouchers are scanned and attached in the system by cashiers.
Bank reconciliation and check POS entries are done correctly in ERP.
Review vendor activity to ensure all monthly invoices have been received and processed as per terms and conditions signed with them.
Maintain, cross check, and take follow ups for Credit Notes.
Provide support and assistance to the Accounts Manager in the departmental administrative functions.
