Job Description
A respected and well-established construction leader, with a nationwide portfolio of impressive projects, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Regional Manager.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5+ years of similar EA experience, preferably from the construction/property or professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
High-level calendar management
Travel arranging, particularly across NSW
Schedule coordination and arranging meetings with precision and efficiency
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Being the key interface with clients and ensuring seamless communication
Coordination of events and functions as necessary
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of EA experience
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Confident and polished communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine, warm, and approachable personality
