Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the CEO/founder and leadership team.
• Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Handle email correspondence and manage phone calls.
• Maintain organized records and files.
• Assist in research and special projects.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.
• Learn and grow within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in any field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
