Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, creating and managing expense reports, executive support, and communication.
Qualifications
• Experience in providing executive administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
• Experience in creating and managing expense reports
• Experience in providing executive support, including conducting research, preparing reports, and managing projects
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
