Job Description
Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
Collect, organize, and track client documents accurately
Prepare client expense breakdowns and debt relief assessments
Recover and reactivate cancelled files and ensure client records remain up to date
Answer calls on the company’s main phone line and assist clients professionally
Prepare daily end-of-day (EOD) reports summarizing:
Number of clients called
Appointments booked
Documents collected
Payment reminders and confirmations completed
Send completed files to the G&A department
Follow up with clients regarding missed payments or files on hold
Update CRM notes and client records daily
Make 50 calls per day, starting by 10:30 a.m. (or within 30 minutes of shift start)
Maintain and update sales and client tracking spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Research and develop partnerships with car dealerships, accountants, consolidation companies, and other relevant businesses
Qualifications
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Client Service Representative (preferably in a financial or professional services setting)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and Excel
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and client follow-ups
Experience in debt relief, financial services, or customer relations is an asset
Must be available 2 days per week in office at our Toronto location
Schedule & Compensation
Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office / 3 days remote
Full-time or part-time hours available
