The role:

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant at Eduport. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Your key responsibilities:
• Manage the daily calendar and schedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and teleconferences.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times with respect to communications, and any other information related to the office and company operations.
• Handle and respond to internal and external communication related to the office.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files for meetings, presentations, and projects Provide administrative support to other departments when needed Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.

• Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
