An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, communications, and projects. EAs handle tasks like managing calendars, coordinating travel, prioritizing emails and calls, and assisting with presentations. They also maintain confidentiality and act as a gatekeeper for incoming information. Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Prioritizing and managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Administrative Support: Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
Project Management: Assisting with special projects, initiatives, or events.
Travel Coordination: Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
Information Management: Maintaining confidentiality and acting as a gatekeeper for incoming information.
Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Office Management: Handling office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication between the executive and other team members or departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
