What Your Day Will Look Like
Extensive diary and email management – keeping schedules clear and organised.
Travel coordination – arranging domestic and international itineraries.
Stakeholder management – liaising with internal and external contacts professionally.
Gatekeeping and correspondence – screening calls, managing queries, and handling communication.
Project support – assisting with planning, reports, and general office operations.
Team collaboration – working closely with other EAs to ensure smooth business operations.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years' experience as an EA, ideally in Professional Services or Financial Services.
Excellent people skills – confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in reports, presentations, and correspondence.
A proactive and positive attitude – someone who just gets things done!
Adaptability and resilience – thriving in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
