We are looking for an experienced and dedicated senior executive assistant to assist our CEO, VP - sales and marketing and Operations Manager in Australia virtually. This role encompasses a range of different tasks to utilize your skills and further support your career development, working alongside and supporting multiple managers and our CEO. This company offers you multiple opportunities for growth and to expand your knowledge in a unique environment. You should be able to work independently and take full ownership of the role. The Role: Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to; Providing a high level of executive assistance to the senior leadership team to ensure a smooth workflow Extensive email and calendar management Assisting Operations Manager with the day to day activities Assisting VP - sales and marketing with organising the information and helping her out with tenders, business proposals, presentations, and etc. Monitoring and management of all client interaction and ensure it is managed smoothly and timely.
