Opportunity:
I am working with a growing Commercial Builder to fill a rare Office Management / Executive Assistant role due to internal promotion. This is your chance to put your administration skills to the test. We are looking for people who are naturally organised, take initiative and want a long term position they can make their own.
About the role:
Assist the Director with general administration tasks.
Prepare, review and manage a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents for the director.
Answering the office phone & directing calls.
Onboarding and offboarding of staff.
Meeting & greeting clients.
Accounts Payable including staff reimbursements.
Keeping the office clean and stocked.
Organising events like golf days or the office Christmas party.
Document control.
Taking minutes for meetings.
About you:
Ideally have worked with a Commercial Construction company previously.
You have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Impeccable presentation.
System savvy with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to recognise where processes can be improved.
Minimum 2-year recent experience in an Office Management or EA role.
High level of accuracy in data entry.
Have a bubbly, can-do attitude.
