We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the Perth Team! In this role, you will support the Project Director and Senior Leadership team managing the administration function to ensure a smooth day to day operations in this fast-paced project environment.


Perth Women and Babies Hospital


Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:


Co-ordination of meetings, compiling agendas, minute taking and ensuring action items are monitored and completed in timely manner
Diary management, arranging appointments, briefing materials for meetings.
Managing all aspects of project correspondence, reporting, progress tracking
Co-ordination and formatting of presentations for the leadership team
Managing travel, expense claims and general office duties
Organising project events and functions
Support and assist the broader administrative team across the project
Managing all tasks with discretion and a professional approach working closely with project and client teams
What you will bring to the team:


Business/Administration qualifications or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a project environment
Experience across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail and deadline oriented
Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with SharePoint, Aconex highly regarded
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the project team
A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and ownership!
