Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 17%7, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where And How You Can Work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The ideal location for this position is Sydney, considering the working location of both leads and the occasional requirement for in-person meetings and tasks.
About The Supergroup
As an Admin Business Partner (Executive Assistant), you'll play a critical role in partnering with two of Canva's largest and most impactful supergroups: Content & Discovery and User Voice. These teams are at the heart of helping users find, create, and share content they love, while also championing user feedback and product quality across Canva's platform.
This role is a unique opportunity to support not one, but two incredible Supergroup Leads-both deeply committed to Canva's mission to empower the world to design. Reporting into one of their Leadership Operations (Chief of Statt), you'll collaborate closely with both leads to ensure their days run smoothly, their time is well spent, and their teams are set up for success. You'll also be part of a broader cohort of Admin Business Partners who share knowledge and support one another.
About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and is excited by the challenge of supporting two senior leaders with different needs and working styles. You'll need to be incredibly organised, a clear communicator, and able to anticipate what's needed before it's asked. You'll help create structure, manage complex schedules, and build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders-all while ensuring confidentiality and trust remain at the centre of everything you do. You'll play a key role in amplifying the impact of Canva's leadership by helping them stay focused on what matters most.
What You'll Do
• Executive support across two Supergroup Leads: You'll expertly juggle calendars, inboxes, priorities, and key meetings across C&D and User Voice, helping both leads be in the right place at the right time and fully prepared.
• Time management: Ensure both leads' time is spent effectively, balancing competing priorities and creating space for strategic thinking.
• Meeting preparation: Prepare agendas, coordinate attendees, capture notes, and follow up on actions to keep momentum going.
• Task and priority management: Partner with the leads to manage priorities, projects, and key initiatives— ensuring important work stays on track.
• Travel and logistics: Manage travel bookings and itineraries, whether it's for key conferences, offsites, or internal planning sessions.
• Operations and administration: Support day-to-day operations like expenses, documentation, and any other business or logistical needs.
• Culture and team connection: Help plan and coordinate team rituals and events-from celebrations and offsites to milestone moments-ensuring the teams feel connected and empowered to do their best work.
