What’s the role?
This is a 6-month, full time position based in Sydney where you will be supporting the GM, Technology Transformation, ensuring the seamless execution of all administrative and operational processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Diary Management: Coordinate external and internal meetings and travel arrangements. As well as proactively follow-up on outstanding business issues
Inbox Management: Prioritise emails based on urgency and importance ensuring timely responses
Executive Support: Provide bespoke administrative, operational and organisational support to high-profile executive leader
Event Management: Support with management of team offsites, town hall meetings etc as required
Stakeholder engagement: Offer general support to wider leadership team as needed and address various business-related requests from key internal and external stakeholders
What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience supporting executives within a large-scale corporate setting with matrix reporting structures. As well as this you will have excellent people and relationship management skills and be able to operate in a busy and dynamic EA capacity. You will be well versed in managing competing demands, priorities and have exceptional organisational skills. The successful candidate will be well versed in diary management with advanced email management expertise.
Other skills and experience required include:
High attention to detail
Exceptional planning and organisation skills
Experience at coordinating events, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and accommodation
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal expertise and ability to communicate at all levels effectively
