Are you an experienced Executive Assistant ready to step into a role that’s as strategic as it is operational? We’re looking for a trusted partner to support the President of Asia Pacific and collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and APAC Leadership Team in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.


This is a rare opportunity to represent the President’s Office from Sydney while working across a truly global organisation. You’ll be a key liaison across regions, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and regional EAs, and contributing to a culture of open, constructive feedback. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive support to the President, including calendar, correspondence, and communication management.

Act as a strategic partner to the President and Chief of Staff—building trust, ensuring confidentiality, and anticipating needs.

Coordinate complex, multi-time zone calendars across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Prepare executive-level briefing packs, presentations, and culturally adapted travel itineraries.

Manage internal communications, leadership reporting, and presentation development.

Organise internal offsites and leadership events, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.

Support visiting global executives with agenda planning, venue booking, and hospitality.

Collaborate with regional Executive Assistants to ensure seamless alignment and knowledge sharing.

Embrace a feedback-driven culture—comfortable giving and receiving constructive input to input to continuously improve.


Key experience, skills and attributes:

5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives (SVP level and above), ideally in a multinational environment.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional calendars and logistics.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and tools like Concur, Zoom, and Teams.

Exceptional communication skills—confident, clear, and adaptable across cultures and seniority levels.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, maintain discretion, and navigate sensitive situations.

Strong organisational instincts with the ability to prioritise and pivot in a fast-moving environment.

A calm, resilient, and professional presence with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
