Profile- Execuitive Assitant to MD
Experience- 3+ Years
Job location- Jaipur
Package- Up to 45k
Roles & Responsibility :-
1. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
2. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
3. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
4. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
5. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
6. Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
