Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the founders in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing key tasks.
Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making in business development, marketing, and operations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and suggest innovative solutions.
Act as a liaison between the founders and team members to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Handle ad-hoc tasks, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and event coordination.
Represent the founders in professional interactions with clients, vendors, and partners when required.
