Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Assist the CEO with high-level decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities. Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic initiatives, ensuring their timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, coordinate travel, and organize materials for presentations and meetings.
Communication: Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and facilitating follow-up actions
Requirements: Core Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on project management, operations, or administrative support.
Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role is highly preferred.
Digitally savvy. Exposed to social media and tech tools.
Knowledge of travel arrangements such as airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa procedures, documentation, and restaurant recommendations.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and strategic insight
