About the Role
Ansvar Australia, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Sydney office.

As Executive Assistant to our Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), you'll provide high-level support that keeps our Technical Solutions team running smoothly.
You'll be essential to our success, working closely with the CUO to manage their diary, priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CUO's diary, priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives
Coordinate and prepare for leadership team meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and action follow-up
Manage travel arrangements for additional senior leadership members based in Sydney
Oversee office operations for our Sydney location, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Act as a crucial communication point between the Technical Solutions Leadership Team and the rest of Ansvar
Support the development and delivery of our rolling three-year Corporate Plan
Manage stakeholder relationships with confidence and discretion
Coordinate office services, including building management liaison and maintenance of supplies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support strategic initiatives
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Experience in coordinating business travel arrangements for multiple stakeholders
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of taking initiative
Experience in managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for candidates with strong relevant experience
