Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management:
• Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct research, analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Operational Support:
• Assist the founders in daily operations, freeing up their bandwidth.
• Manage schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Growth Initiatives:
• Drive initiatives aimed at scaling the business and achieving growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Problem Solving:
• Identify problems within various departments and develop effective solutions.
• Use data-driven approaches to analyse and resolve issues.
Executive Reporting:
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the executive team.
• Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular status updates.
Special Projects:
• Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the founders.
• Provide support in strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
• MBA from a reputed college (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, IIFT etc.).
• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
