Duties:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Managing day-to-day operations of the Diploma Programme Coordinator.
Assist Diploma Programme Coordinator in coordinating and communication work with the teacher team and external stakeholders
Manage schedules and deadlines pertaining to guidance from the Diploma Programme Coordinator. Maintaining appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Organizing and maintaining files and records; managing projects and conducting research. Preparing, editing and analyzing correspondence, reports and presentations.
Collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
Representing by attending meetings in the DP Coordinator’s absence, speaking for the Diploma Programme Coordinator
Welcomes guests and parents by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects by assigning work to staff & following up on results.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
