Job Description
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to founder, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
• Facilitate communication between founder and internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
• Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks with discretion and efficiency
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• A passion for the fashion industry and a keen understanding of the unique demands of a high-profile role
About Company: Founder of new womenswear label looking to hire a junior fashion designer. Shipra was previously responsible for the smooth running and execution of the Techstars Accelerator in South East Asia (high quality program delivery, company recruitment, selection, support and mentorship), as well as for portfolio management, partner relations and network support in a team of two. Shipra has a multi-faceted background, having worked as an Economic Consultant with KPMG in NYC before moving on to working in Marketing and Brand Management and working on her own start up in the Health and Wellness Sector. Previously, she studied Economics & Psychology at New York University and then went on to complete a Masters in Brand Management in Milan, Italy. During those years Shipra lived across 3 continents, participated in multiple charity fund raisers both in NYC & London and was a volunteer teacher with UNICEF India.
