Job Description
• Comprehensive administration duties in support of the Managing Director, board and senior management team.
• Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director’s diary.
• Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.
• Work with the inter departmental team to maintain and develop databases
• Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, collating data from departments, developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Catering to Adhoc requirements & Day to Day MIS Activities & assisting Vertical Head and management on all functional aspects & decision making.
• Building & Performing checks and Controls to avoid inconsistency & gaps in Monthly & daily reports
• Coordinating for data and reporting related requirements that serves as the foundation of the decision making of the top management.
• Should be able to coordinate and bring inter department relationship.
