About the Role:
This is not your traditional EA role. You’ll be the Chief of Precision, Gatekeeper of Focus, and a Strategic Enabler who helps the founders multiply their time, energy, and impact. From decision-making dashboards to investor meetings, from confidential discussions to public-facing events—you’ll be at the heart of it all.
???? What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic partner to the founders' anticipating needs, prioritizing goals, and optimizing execution.
Manage complex calendars, high-stakes meetings, investor communications, and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Coordinate cross-functional priorities with product, HR, tech, and operations teams to ensure alignment with the founders' vision.
Keep a pulse on industry trends,AI enabled disruptions and strategic opportunities—you’re the founders' radar.
Prepare briefing notes, MoMs ,executive presentations, and actionable follow-ups that lead to decisions, not delays.
Identify high-impact AI use cases
Drive adoption across teams
Turn AI from buzzword to business advantage
???? What You Bring:
3-6 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in extremely fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields is a must with strong technical bent of mind.
MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Business/Strategy/Operations is a strong plus, especially if the candidate is expected to contribute to high-level decision-making, marketing strategy, or investor relations.
Sharp analytical thinking, stellar communication, and the ability to hold your ground in high-pressure situations.
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for instructions, you connect the dots and move the needle.
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Calendly,AI based productivity tools and project management platforms.
A genuine passion for impact and the inner fire to work in a mission-driven setup.
