Job Description
Profile: Executive Assistant to MD
Experience Required: 3 to 6 years
Location: Noida Express Way, Noida
Working Day: 5 days
Budget : up to 50,000 pm
The EA will play a pivotal role in managing Founders. Professional and personal tasks and free them from administrative duties so that they can maximize their time on strategic tasks.
Calendar and Schedule Management
• Maintain the founders calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, events.
• Coordinate and prioritize commitments to optimize time usage.
Communication Liaison
• Handle emails, calls, and messages, filtering when required.
• Draft and edit correspondence, presentation.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, partners on behalf of the founder.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and special occasions.
Travel Coordination
• Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries.
• Anticipate travel needs and handle logistics.
Confidentiality and Discretion
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
• Handle information and matters with utmost discretion.
Preferred candidate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
