Our client is a digital marketing agency in India that caters specially to education institutions like colleges, coaching institutes and schools.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
Team Leadership and Management : Coordinating a team of Executives , managing Calling, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Client Acquisition : Lead from the front in engaging with potential clients through meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition to onboard new clients while maintaining and enriching relationships with existing clients.
Proposal Development : Craft tailored sales proposals that meet the specific needs of clients, showcasing the unique value our solutions provide.
Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with the business strategy.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of outbound calling and good communication skills
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
