The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for a high‑profile corporate dining account. This leader will drive menu innovation, elevate the guest experience, and cultivate a culture of creativity, wellness, and sustainability. Modern Recipe is chef‑driven at its core — this role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives on crafting food that is beautiful, nourishing, and responsibly sourced.

What You'll Do
Lead all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and service

Develop seasonal, globally inspired menus aligned with Modern Recipe’s wellness‑focused philosophy

Build strong relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and sustainable partners

Oversee production for café service, catering, and special events

Manage and mentor a culinary team, fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience

Drive operational efficiency, cost management, and culinary innovation
