Responsibilities: To own and drive all aspects of CRM and Retention operations on the campaign platforms
• Creation, testing and delivery of campaigns for Push and Browser Notifications, email, SMS.
• Create automated campaigns by building workflows, data rules and the data creation on mySQL, creating schemas and workflows on Campaign Management Platform.
• Build workflows to create and maintain reports for campaign performance.
Skillset: · Hands-on experience in campaign management platform(s) – Adobe Campaign Manager / CleverTap / Webengage / MoEngage· Experience in query building, optimization and data handling on MySQL· Hands-on experience on Google Ad-words / digital marketing platforms, HTML/CSS development, JavaScriptThe opportunities we have are perfect for highly motivated and talented candidates.
