Location : Mohan Estate, near to Sarita Vihar, South Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer call.
- Resolve their computer, printer and scanner related queries.
- Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Have to do upsell as well.
