Job Description
Participate in strategic discussions related to the company's US market, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of strategies on the sales side.
Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the US market to achieve annual sales targets.
Establish and manage annual sales forecasts and sales expense budgets, and be accountable for sales results.
Organize regular weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reviews to continuously optimize sales performance.
Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, key accounts and strategic clients.
Lead the team to visit important customers, and drive the implementation of key projects and core orders.
Plan and optimize US sales territories and resource allocation to promote sustainable market growth.
Be responsible for the recruitment, management, training and motivation of the US sales team.
Establish and continuously optimize sales processes, management systems and incentive mechanisms.
Collaborate with operations, finance, logistics and other departments to support order fulfillment, inventory planning and customer payment collection management.
Provide market trends, customer feedback and product demand recommendations to the management team.
Industry & Product Experience:3–5 years of sales management experience in the North American market, with at least one of the following backgrounds: A) Heavy-duty engine parts business B) Truck, construction machinery, industrial power equipment, or related parts business C) Market development via channel sales models (distributor, dealer)
Market & Channel Experience:Proven experience in distributor management; direct sales experience is a strong plus. Understand and handle distributor protection, pricing systems, and channel management.
Management Experience:Managed a team of 3–10 people. Experienced in target breakdown, sales and payment collection process management, and performance evaluation.
Sales Execution Capability:Able to break down corporate goals into market/territory, customer, product, and individual targets, and implement annual plans and key account development plans.
Client & Negotiation Skills:Capable of independently developing and guiding the team to get orders. Familiar with U.S. business negotiation practices, including contracts, payment terms, claims, and quality issues.
Cross-cultural & Communication Skills:Act as a bridge between real U.S. market demand and China headquarters manufacturing .Able to clearly communicate market feedback: real customer needs, pricing pressure, and competitive intelligence.
Process & System Awareness:Able to establish or optimize customer classification, quotation process, order management process, and customer management system.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
