Job Description
Key responsibilities : - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them- Acquire new clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue- Actively cross sell/up sell products to the company's existing customers by identifying the customer needs- Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained Consistently- Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise new ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities- Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team- Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions (ref: updazz.com)
