Position Name: Executive Finance/Accounts

Job Description: -
1. Coordinate with banks on a regular basis for loan sanctioning and related financial
matters on behalf of the company.
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly stock statements for submission to banks and internal
use.
3. Prepare projected financial statements on a quarterly basis.
4. Liaise with Chartered Accountants (CAs) for CHG forms, certificates, financial reports,
and other statutory requirements.
5. Generate and analyze the Debtors Ageing Report to monitor outstanding receivables.
6. Coordinate with insurance providers for timely renewal and updates of various
insurance policies.
7. Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data as required by banks and
financial institutions.
8. Regularly update the Order Book to reflect current and upcoming orders.
+. Coordinate with stock auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of stock
audits.
10. Prepare various certificates and documents as required by banks and regulatory
authorities.
11. Extract relevant financial and operational reports from Tally for regular submission to
banks and stakeholders.
12. Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support
strategic decision-making.
13. Handle the maintenance of account books and ensure compliance with statutory
matters such as TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations.
