Designation- Executive- Finance & Accounts
Location: Kolkata
Job Role:
Preparation of cash vouchers
Receipt and payment of cash
Physical control including Imprest
Accounting and reconciliation with physical documents
Weekly Cash management plan
Preparation of bank payment vouchers and entry in Tally
Download bank statements and periodic bank reconciliation
Accounting for collections from customers
Periodic reconciliation with Customers records
Year-end balance confirmation from Customers
Monthly entry in books of accounts
Month end balance reconciliation with the books
Accounting of suppliers' invoices in books
Verification of each supply invoice with stock records
Reconciliation of Suppliers account
Reconcile output & Input GST
Marginal GST Experience
Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual GST return
Ensure proper accounting of Input GST and its utilisation.
Depreciation Calculation.
Desired Skill and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
Should have knowledge of closing the books
CA/ICWAI or Any graduate in accounting with good academic records
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate commercial banking.
Handled turnovers over 50 cr
Tally / Excel / Word / GST/ Email Drafting
Working experience in Manufacturing and Trading Company
Strong communication skill in English/ Bengali / Hindi
