We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Executive to join our team at our beautiful resort in Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the resort are clean, well-maintained, and meet our high standards of hospitality.
Role Description
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests and follow up on their completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Freshers can also apply
- Locals from Goa will be preferred
