Job Description
HR Operations:
On boarding, new joiner Background verification etc. Follows the established standards and procedures without any gaps.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies in coordination with the Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of the Employee details. Will be responsible and custodian of accurate employee database, e-employee records, employee files, Employee Record Keeping / Database Updation and Management.
• Employee Engagement – Will aid in conducting engagement activities, scheduling meetings, group discussions etc.
• HRIS Management – Responsible for Updation of HRIS system and record keeping.
• Training & development – will be responsible for handling coordination and logistics.
• Handle Level one employee queries.
• Preparation of HR letters.
Experience & Exposure Requirements:
• Minimum 1yrs of relevant experience in HR Operation activities.
• Knowledge of entire gamut of HR.
Qualification Requirements:
• MBA/ Postgraduate with relevant experience
Essential Skills / Competencies:
• Good Communication Skills
• Evidence in maintaining and practicing strong confidentiality.
• Excellent Organization skills.
• Attention to details and Hands on, operational, data focused and strong understanding of HR Operations.
• Ability to sense & align HR systems / processes to business requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Well versed and experienced using Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel
