Personnel Management:
Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters.
Preparing Service certificates, Relieving letters.
Employee Life Cycle Management and Documentation
Developing an employee MIS – current, separated, terminated, performance reviews MIS and scheduling of reviews on a timely basis.
Updation of Personnel data on the HRIS.
Preparing HR MIS on a periodic basis.
Attendance/Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring employees’ monthly attendance is updated on the HRIS.
Monthly updation of Statutory Registers as and when required
Training / Learning & Development:
Induction of all new joinees
Assisting Head of HR and other line Managers in Training
Updation of Training needs MIS and collating new records.
Performance Management
Assisting the Head of HR in implementing performance appraisals
Maintaining Appraisal records and development plans
Employee Welfare
Assisting the Head of HR in developing special HR initiatives that will improve the workforce satisfaction and performance.
Employee Relations
Developing cordial relations with employees and being a contact point for employee grievances
Miscellaneous:
At times may be required to perform some activities beyond the scope of work
We need individuals who can multi task, learn quick, are more dynamic and who take own initiatives.
We deliver our services through manpower/human resource and hence HR is one of the core and essential functions here at SACPL
While it is important to understand what it takes to service better, the recruit for this position must have a business HR perspective and hence should have the flexibility and the bent of mind to not refrain from doing activities under different verticals of the business.
The above-mentioned job responsibilities will have different weightages across the year depending on the area of focus. Hence the interested candidate should have the mind set and readiness to be flexible and prepared for work under pressure and multi-tasking.
