Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and maintaining candidate documentation.
Coordinating induction and onboarding for new joiners.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintaining employee files, records, and HR databases (physical and digital).
Updating employee information in HR software or portals.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitoring attendance, leave applications, and approvals through HR portals (e.g., KEKA).
Generating monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
Coordinating with the accounts/payroll team for monthly inputs.
Ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Employee Engagement
Organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare events.
Handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Compliance
Assisting in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintaining HR policies and ensuring adherence.
Administration Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Supplies
Overseeing office facilities, cleanliness, and infrastructure.
Managing procurement of office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Asset Management
Maintaining asset records and coordinating asset allocation and recovery.
Coordinating with IT/Admin vendors for system-related issues.
Visitor & Travel Management
Coordinating travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff and guests.
Maintaining visitor records and managing reception/front office (if required).
Vendor Coordination
Liaising with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services.
Reviewing quotations, negotiating rates, and processing bills.
Safety & Security
Ensuring security measures are in place and monitored (ID cards, CCTV, etc.).
Supporting fire safety and emergency preparedness protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
